About the Role:
Looking for a career change? We are seeking a dynamic Rehabilitation Consultant to come join the team in Gippsland.
In your day-to-day role, you will work with a range of medically discharged veterans with physical and psychological injuries, delivering medical management, vocational rehabilitation and psychosocial interventions. Build strong working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders that include veterans, treatment teams, prospective employers and external service providers.
This is a full-time position.

About You:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications/ backgrounds including Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Psychologist/OT is preferred
- Full registrations/ASORC accredited (where applicable)
- Previous experience working with veterans is desired
- Previous exposure to supporting individuals with complex injuries/needs
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care
- Return to Work experience preferred but not essential
- Outstanding communication and networking skills
- Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Australian driver's licence
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
