The Position
We are seeking a passionate and driven Rehabilitation Consultant to join our expanding Victorian team based in Melbourne with a focus on ORAMS and Comcare referrals. You will be working as part of a knowledgeable and fun multi-disciplinary team. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the growth of our Comcare and ORAMS portfolio, and act as our Victorian Subject Matter Expert (SME).
You will be afforded a large amount of autonomy in your day to day working life. As with all team members, you will play an integral part in maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders through positive communication and routine performance and quality meetings.
You will be:
Undertaking Early Intervention and Compensable Rehabilitation services for government employees in line with the Comcare scheme and ORAMS panel;
Conducting a range of different assessment services including: Early Intervention, Compensable Rehabilitation, Functional, Activities of Daily Living and Ergonomic Assessments;
Case management under a variety of schemes;
Liaising with health professionals, doctors, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients;
Working as a team to continuously improve service delivery and Return to Work/Function outcomes;
Supporting people to recover and achieve rehabilitation goals using your clinical skills and knowledge.
We are flexible with working hours and we have scope for a full time or part time position.

About you
If you are motivated and excel in working as part of a bigger team, are driven, love a challenge and have the ability to manage competing demands in a dynamic, fun and fast-paced environment, then we want to hear from you!
Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist (with AHPRA registration) or an Exercise Physiologist (with ESSA registration);
Experience working under the Comcare scheme, and hold Comcare Accreditation;
Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check;
Exceptional communication skills;
Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach.
