Our client is a well established company with various locations throughout Australia there team of experienced medical and health specialists, all work together to empower their clients to achieve their goals allowing them to reach their full potential.
Working with a multi disc team of Rehab consultants, Psychologists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Behavioral Therapists. You will be fully supported by their admin team so you will be able to focus on your consultations, treatments and assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobility and functional assessments
- Case management of Workplace Rehabilitation return to work services
- Ergonomic, Workplace and Functional Assessments
- Other physical assessments as required
- Effectively managing a caseload of allocated clients
- Completing reports and assessments within time frames
- Updating confidential client files and records using our online case management system
- Developing strong relationships and promoting services with referrers/employers
- Varied and mixed caseload

- Degree in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
- Must have positive attitude and show initiative and willing to work with a great team
- Experience in NDIS or Aged Care or Workplace Rehabilitation
- Full AHPRA Registration
- Own vehicle and full drivers license
