Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are committed to supporting the financial well-being of businesses and communities across Australia. We pride ourselves on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and supporting the success of regional communities.
Due to ongoing growth in the region, you will be managing a significant and healthy commercial portfolio consisting across a range of industries including; business services, investors, transport operators, accommodation providers, entertainment and services to agriculture. Credit facilities typically range from $1M to $10M with solid potential for growth.
Ideally, you will be based in Tamworth or Armidale; however, we strongly encourage experienced and motivated banking professionals in the immediate surrounding region to apply, particularly from a business banking sector. Some days you may work from our offices, a client site or remotely. We encourage flexibility to meet client needs and your goals inside and outside of work.
You will be supported by a highly capable and experienced team of Analysts, Account Managers and fellow Relationship Executives.
More Specifically, You Will
Work closely with clients, build strong relationships, gain an in-depth understanding of their needs, supporting their current business while identifying new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions.
Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions while owning proactive risk management responsibilities
