- Manage a large Agribusiness Banking portfolio contributing to the regional growth strategy
- Grow your networks and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Lead and mentor a successful, collaborative team
- Experience working in commerce, finance or banking (including lending and credit), preferably in a rural or agricultural environment
- Understanding of the business needs and attitudes of regional Agribusiness customers
- Ability to network effectively & maintain good professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Experience in business development and prospecting
- Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or Agribusiness or Formal qualification in an economic or financial discipline (highly regarded)
