About the role
An exciting opportunity has become available within our out-of-home care division. Reporting to the General Manager National – Child Protection, the relationship manager is an important role in building and maintaining positive and meaningful relationships with key stakeholders. This is critical to ensure that we are providing an exceptional care model to our young people.
The key responsibility of the Relationship Manager will include:
- You will be responsible for managing all referrals for Placement Request, working with both internal and external stakeholders to support the Intake process.
- Promote Connect Care QLD services, our exceptional care model and quality.
- Maintain and actively engage with stakeholders who support the young people currently in our care. This will be achieved through developing as attending regular stakeholder meetings, being proactive and responding promptly to enquiries / requests received.
- Developing and executing a stakeholder engagement plan with the focus of building strong connections and relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.
- Through your engagement with the industry, you will identify opportunities for expansion of services that are aligned with our vision and capabilities.
- Develop a sound understanding of the child safety standards and frameworks.
