This is a perfect opportunity for a Building or Property Manager looking for a change, to assist our dedicated team to be their Relief Building Manager.
The role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the complex, liaise with contractors on maintenance issues, building inspections, interact with tenants and owners, leasing and more.
You will be supported by a vibrant and experienced management team who have grown with our brand, and a dedicated head office property management team.
Role requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in property or building Management.
- Strong communication skills
- A proactive work attitude with strong customer service focus.
- Strong knowledge of Strata, property and building management.
- Must have own vehicle for travel in Greater Sydney (allowance provided)
- Be available to work on Saturdays (4 hours only) and be on call for occasional after-hours emergencies.
- You must hold an Assistant agent certificate or Class 2 Real Estate Agent's License
