About the role

An opportunity exists for a Remedial Massage Therapist who is #passionate about serving clients in a clinical role offering treatment for musculoskeletal pain. You will value our #innovative allied health model and assist clients to access the care of our team. You will enjoy helping clients at one or more of our clinic locations in south of the river Perth. New graduate therapists are encouraged to apply.

• You are a confident communicator with the skills to develop rapport and form strong therapeutic relationships with clients’ of WA Health Group
• You apply a client-centric biopsychosocial approach to consultations  
• You use health coaching principles to motivate and inspire clients to better health 
• You are motivated to develop a personal brand and promote yourself amongst our health group and the local sports people in our community
• You value teamwork with clients and other professionals and use this to provide effective, holistic treatment

You will demonstrate clinical competency through recognised training and registration, and a strong desire to grow and nurture a caseload. You will be offered an immediate start with an achievable bonus structure. You will be registered with a massage association and have indemnity insurance.

Remuneration is offered on a salary basis, with a bonus structure. There will be a probationary period for the role with permanency for high performing team players. You will be offered a clear career pathway based on your personal and career goals. Casual, Part Time and Full Time roles are available for the right candidate.
