This will involve a highly complex and extensive multi-year transformation to better support our long term success.What you'll doAs the Remediation Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting end-to-end pay confidence remediation projects within the Woolworths Group and engaging with internal stakeholders to help navigate and solve complex problems within agreed timeframes. You'll work closely alongside the Remediation Value stream, external vendors, business and technical stakeholders to execute business critical projects.Your work will be wide and varied, this means you'll:Plan and lead remediation projectsLead data modelling with data analysts and external agenciesManage relationships with key stakeholders within the Woolworths Group through clear communication and engagementAssist in identifying & providing recommendations on the resources required to deliver outcomes and implement project requirementsAnd much more!What you'll bringYou will be dynamic, with high attention to detail who can also demonstrate an understanding of payroll compliance. You'll have solid stakeholder engagement skills at a senior level and have an appreciation for the complex and ever-changing nature of a fast paced retail business.You'll also be able to demonstrate:Project Management experience including, creating and articulating project tasks and timelines, identifying dependencies and risksAn understanding of industrial instruments and the current industrial relations environmentExperience in working with data modelling teamsCommercial thinking (from a risk perspective) with the ability to apply this to payroll or legal advice or employee entitlement scenariosExperience working within a matrix structure, preferably in a large corporate environmentExposure to Agile ways of working / methodologies is advantageousExceptional communications skills with the ability to synthesise complex/ambiguous scenarios and communicate these from a technical and business perspectiveWhat you'll experienceWe're friendly, down-to-earth, and energetic - we work hard but we have a great time doing it, and we love what we do.
