About the role

As the Remote Location Cleaner, you will be part of the Works and Field Services team and will be responsible Accountable to the Coordinator (Cleaning) for the efficient and effective cleaning of Council depots.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Maintain allocated buildings and their facilities in a clean, hygienic, and presentable condition.
Prepare and apply chemicals in accordance with Workplace Health and Safety guidelines and Manufactures recommendations.
Secure buildings at the cessation of duties and/or after the last occupant has vacated the premises.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:
An excellent fit with our values of communication, collaboration, integrity, efficiency, and leadership
Literacy and numeracy skills sufficient to complete work reports and material orders as required.
Certificate III in Cleaning, knowledge and/or experience that demonstrate the capability to meet the responsibilities of the position and competency requirements.
Ability to undertake shift work at the hours and locations required of the position.

A pre-employment medical will be required for this role (Including Drug and Alcohol testing)

This is a full-time permanent position at Level 4 - 5 with a salary package commencing at $62,387 plus superannuation of up to 12.25%.
