Identify, Track, Influence and Win Major Projects across the Renewables Market Segments including Solar, Wind, Hydro and Energy Storage. This is a hunting role charged with building relationships at the Asset Owner, EPC and Contractor Level. It is critical to develop strategies to win these projects direct but most importantly to Execute the strategies successfully and deliver outcomes.
Job Descriptions:
- Profitably grow the Renewables Segment within Australia.
- Identify, Influence, Track and Win Major Projects within the Solar, Wind, Hydro and Energy Storage markets.
- Understand the needs of the market and develop appropriate product and service offers to win business.
- Implement Pricing Policy, Strategy and Tactics as agreed with the Commercial manager for Industrial.
- Analyse the market in depth, understanding the key opportunities, Asset Owners, EPCs and Contractors, and Competitors.
- Build Successful relationships with key Cusotmers and Stakeholders.
- Prepare Project Offers and quotations.
- Present Solutions to Key Customers and both external and Internal stakeholders.
- Manage the Client for timely decisions, objections and issues resolution, and final price and conditions of sale within Company guidelines.
- Deliver post sales care persistently, managing the relationships whilst seeking additonal future opportunities for Prysmian
- Report all Stages of the Opportunities through salesfroce and or SAP as required by the business.
- Cultivate a "One Team" approach across the business influencing all Fucntions fo the business towards successful outcomeas for Renewables.
- Deliver the short and medium Term Financial Outcomes for the Rewnables Business.
