ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining a small team in Bathurst, this role involves working alongside on the road Builders, Project Managers and Assessors in managing insurance repair building projects.
The role is administrative and phone based, and may involve fast paced and high volume work in the event of a catastrophic weather event.
This is a permanent, office-based position, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
Starting salary flexible based on experience.
ABOUT YOU
- Warm, welcoming and professional phone manner.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Exposure to the building or insurance industry highly advantageous, inc. terminology & basic processes, but this is not obligatory.
- Strong computer skills - ability to pick up new programs and procedures quickly.
- Efficient, organised and able to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal customer service & communication skills.
- Looking to commit long-term and grow within a company.
