In this role you will:
To maximise efficiency of reservations staff and to co-ordinate the management of all reservations, thereby maximising yield management.
To manage group reservations from inquiry through to departure; includes quotes, contracts, deposit and rooming list.
To ensure efficient and effective inter-department interaction within the hotel at all levels.
To conduct regular Rates Reservation's Analysis to identify peak event dates and daily occupancy pickups
Identify Top Producing Accounts ensure proper recognition by Reservation staff ensure special handling of repeats guest and VIP clientele
To oversee and perform the revenue and yield tasks of the Revenue Manager in his/her absence
To produce monthly reporting pertinent to the Hotel’s end of month reporting or as needed
