Currently Nautilus Aviation has a fleet of 36 top-of-the range piston and turbine powered helicopters across 5 operating bases. Our diverse fleet includes: R44, Bell 206, B206L,Bell 505X, Bell 407, Bell 412, Airbus H130 and Bell 407 GXI.

Heli Crew (Reservations & Ground Crew)
Our Heli Crew are our passionate brand ambassadors and operations all-rounders that are focused on making things happen right and on time. Heli Crew members are responsible for reservations and sales enquiries, preparing itineraries, leading clients through the check in process, conducting safety briefings and assisting with ground operations. No day will be the same.
Core Responsibilities
Engage with all clients to ensure that we deliver a unique world class tourism experience
Process all walk in’s, phone and internet enquiries from our Clients and Agents into bookings
Respond to all email and phone queries within the required timeframes to ensure high levels of commitment to our clients and agents
Process payments over the phone and prepare Itineraries for individual and group bookings
Coordinate and plan the daily activities to maximise resources including passenger transfers
Maintaining up to date knowledge of all the products and services to provide correct information at all times
Provide ground support at offsite special events and promotional activities
Adhere to all safety procedures and policies, including Civil Aviation Safety Authorities regulations.
Essential Qualities
Strong Customer focus and attention to customer needs and requirements
Savvy computer skills and knowledge of 'Takeflite' or an equivalent reservations program
Previous experience in customer service roles
Excellent communication and administration skills with a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Team player and commitment to team work
Self-motivated with a drive to make things happen
Bright and happy nature and physically fit to excel in this active role, lifting is regularly required.
Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced workplace and be able to adapt to different tasks within the role
Positive Safety attitude
Must be legally eligible to work in Australia and able to work weekend and public holidays.
Must hold current Australian Driver license
The ability to hold an Aviation Security Card (ASIC) which involves a police security check and pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
