CQUniversity Student Residences offer students and guests a safe, secure and harmonious community lifestyle 24/7, and are currently recruiting for a Residential After-Hours Coordinator at our Rockhampton North campus (Capricornia College).
Within this position you will assist management by effectively supporting Student Residences outside of normal office hours (Monday to Friday), and all day on weekends and public holidays. You will be responsible for overseeing residential life aspects including maintaining and further developing an effective after-hours residential support service ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students and guests.
In return, you will be provided with free air-conditioned accommodation, including electricity, internet an after-hours work mobile, and payment of a salary paid fortnightly (approximately $480), super, pro rata annual leave and leave loading. Meals will be supplied.
Position Requirements
» Reside at Capricornia College.
» Possess experience in a similar role supporting students and guest’s, resolving conflicts and concerns, mentoring students, promptly responding to and reporting incidents and emergencies.
» Be accessible after-hours for students and guests, and to lead the Residential Adviser Team (RLT).
» Understand the operations of student residences, including issues that affect the personal and social lives of University students, residents and guests.
» Possess a current driver’s licence.
