Reporting to the facility manager the Residential Care Service Employee is responsible for the delivery of care and services to Residents in all areas of activities of daily living in accordance with the Residents identified needs and preferences. The Care Service Employee provides support which considers the Residents physical, spiritual, social and cultural needs and which enables Residents to maintain their own wellbeing and independence for as long as possible.

Experience
- Demonstrated experience with the elderly
Qualifications
- Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent
Desirable
- Completion of CHCCS303A – Provide physical assistance with medication
- Completion of CHCCS304A – Assist with self medication
- Hepatitis B vaccination
