This company is one of WA's key Residential Builders, having been in the market for several years they are highly regarded for their quality of builds and focus on customer satisfaction. Independently owned and operated, you will be joining a close-knit team who have been with the company for several years delivering single and double storey builds and unique projects nationally.
They are currently looking to bring on three newly created positions:
Sketch Draftsperson – working closely with the sales team preparing sales sketches.
Double Storey Draftsperson – producing double storey working drawings.
Display Homes Draftsperson – Combination of drafting and administration related to displays working closely with Designer.

Key Requirements:
Hold relevant drafting/design qualifications.
A minimum of 2-3 years drafting experience in the Perth residential market.
Ability to produce working drawings using Archicad
Excellent communication skills.
A high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in team environment.
