TEN Recruit have partnered up with a leading residential brand within the WA market. With an outstanding name in the industry, they have an opportunity now for an experience Estimator to join their team.
Your new Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your duties and responsibilities will involve.
Accurately estimate materials and items needed for each stage of construction.
BOQ’s for materials required.
Prepare detailed take-off lists for all materials.
Review supplier contracts and supplier pricing.
Maintain relationships with suppliers and their representatives.
About you
Minimum 2 years experience estimating in the construction market
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, contract documents and pre-start minutes
Understanding of and ability to use estimation programs such as Databuild & Click Homes. Training can also be provided.
Time management and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
Happy to work part of a team.
Career progression into Management.
Whats on offer
Base salary $70k - $90k plus super (dependent on experience)
