Located in the coastal town of Bowen in the Whitsundays, Bolton Clarke’s Cunningham Villas community provides best-practice aged care in a friendly, tropical residential environment.
Your new role:
Our Residential Managers are a testament to our values of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Through strong aged care industry knowledge and outstanding business acumen, with support from our internal industry professionals, our Residential Managers ensure Bolton Clarke’s strong reputation as a leading provider of aged care services.
We are looking for a people-focused leader with skills also to meet the operational requirements and opportunities for continuous improvement. A clinical background is essential for this role. If you are an RN, innovative, responsive to customer focused care and have a commercial and collaborative approach to managing a team, we encourage you to apply.
What do we need from you?
Inclusive leadership and people management skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate innovative strategies
Change management skills and ability to influence team performance
Ability to manage multiple stakeholder demands
Ability to operate effectively in a highly regulated environment
Ability to cultivate relationships to facilitate business networks
Knowledge of ACFI and aged care quality standards
Current national police check (or the ability to obtain one)
Evidence of Australian work rights
A pre-employment medical assessment may be required for this role.

Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
