As a Facility Manager, you will provide day to day operational, clinical direction, motivation and continuous development to your team members.
You will have the ability to establish and build effective relationships ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living and clinical care needs.
Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent operational and financial acumen with the ability to ensure KPIs, accreditation standards and quality indicators are met in line with industry guidelines.
Being a collaborative leader, you will be comfortable being hands on and supporting with clinical duties and staff education when required.
Summary of Duties
Provide operational oversight to residents and care staff
Ensure occupancy levels are met and maintained
Ensure KPI's, budgets and financial goals are achieved
HR and staffing support
Ensure accreditation, compliance, quality standards are met and maintained
Skills and Experience
AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with aged care leadership experience
Accreditation knowledge and experience
Experience with finance, budget and occupancy management
Ability to identify and improve areas for improvement
Consultative and effective communication skills
