AND YOU ARE?

Extensive management experience in residential aged care, home care, NDIS or health sector is the first green signal you’re on the right track. You’ll also require:

AHPRA RN registration
Demonstrated success in managing health services operations including HR, clinical governance and change management
Knowledge of accreditation standards and legislative requirements
Exceptional relationship management skills that lead to high levels of community and employee engagement
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills

Reporting to the Executive Leader, Service Integrated Communities, you will:

Lead and manage all aspects of residential care home operations
Deliver high level resident satisfaction with a commitment to resident-directed care
Form strong bonds with residents, families and local community
Cultivate and maintain a positive workplace culture, keeping the team’s wheels turning smoothly to prevent derailments
