Residential Site Supervisor

This South Brisbane branch of one of Australia's biggest home builder franchises is looking for a Site Supervisor to join their dynamic team. With a strong passion for building clients dream homes around the South of Brisbane, this company is looking to complete 150 homes over the coming year.

In this role, find yourself leading the builds of new homes around Rochedale. Oversee the quality control process throughout the construction and liaise with trades and suppliers to ensure that each project runs on time and within budget.

Report to the Construction Manager who has been in the industry for over 15 years and as a qualified carpenter he truly understands the pressures of the industry. To assist his current team, he is looking to include another supervisor, someone who is just as passionate about building quality homes as he is.

With limited client contact required, you will be able to focus on delivering a high-quality product with minimal distractions throughout your day to day.

• Look after and deliver around 12-18 houses at any point
• Managing and visiting multiple construction sites
• Co-ordinate and liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Ensuring projects run to schedule

• 2+ years supervising experience in QLD (QBCC License required)
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Knowledge of Onsite Companion
