1. Supervised and participated in the formulation of resort brand marketing and marketing plans according to the company's strategic development plan and market conditions;
2. Participated in the design and planning of the unified brand image of the hotel, carried out the brand maintenance and promotion of the resort;
3. Coordinated the marketing management of the resort, conducted market research and product positioning, and was responsible for the organization, implementation and execution of marketing planning;
4. Responsible for timely proposing online and offline business activities and marketing plans according to the resort business positioning, and supervising the hotel management department to implement planning plans;
5. Assisted in dealing with the company's resort brand crisis public relations and public opinion events.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above.
2. At least 5 years working experience in tourism and hotel management (Health resort is preferred), including at least 3 years working experience in hotel marketing.
3. Have the ability of market investigation and prediction, timely grasp the market dynamics, comprehensive analysis, and timely put forward corresponding measures and reasonable suggestions.
4. Strong language skills, capable of writing market research reports, drafting work plans, summaries and business reports.
