Position Overview:
A well-established team, operating for many years. As a Response Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with onsite and remote support. - 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with AD / Exchange and M365.
- Experience with monitoring software (e.g., N-able).
- Experience with BDR tools (e.g., Veeam).
- Basic understanding of network protocols.
- Experience with ticket management systems (e.g., ConnectWise).

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
- Certifications are highly regarded (e.g., AZ-900, ITIL).
