Your Responsibilities will include:
- Having a friendly, innovative / can-do attitude to provide diners with a memorable experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead, motivate and develop a small team in conjunction with the Head Chef
- Generating ideas to drive growth and profitability in the business
- Proactively manage enquiries for functions, event and group bookings
- Experience in larger format offerings essential [weddings, events and functions]
- Effective rostering and cost management
