SalaryStudent Biryani Pty Ltd trading as Student Biryani located at 42 Auburn Road, Auburn, NSW 2144, is currently seeking talented and dedicated Full Time Restaurant Manager for the daily operation for our busy restaurant.
Major duties:
- Adhere Occupational Health and Safety Requirement, cleanliness standard for dining facility, and responsible for restaurant setting
- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
- Deliver superior customer services and ensure good service by accepting feedback ·
- Plan new and update existing menus by consulting with Head Chef and Director ·
- Plan and develop the overall restaurant marketing strategy
- Organise to participate at local food events
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts of floor staffs
- Hire new employees for restaurant
- Training and evaluating staff performance
- Manage to take reservations and assist in taking orders
- Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory for daily restaurant service and special functions (as per the customer requirement)
- Manage restaurant supplies
- Control costs and minimize waste
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales
Work experience: At least three years’ Experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
Education/Skills: At least Diploma or Higher in Hospitality Management
Annual Leave: 4 weeks
Working Hours: 38 Hrs per week
