RLR Pty Ltd owns two Japanese restaurants located in North Adelaide and Port Adelaide. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team. You may be required to work in both locations as requested. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling procedures
- Develop and implement strategies to increase restaurant revenue and profitability
- Work with the kitchen team to develop and update the menu
- Manage restaurant budgets and financial goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Japanese/Sushi restaurant management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culture is a plus

$55,000 - $70,000 + super per annum negotiable based on skills & experience.
