Dish & Spoon, now successfully operating for 6 years as an owner operator arrangement is a busy suburban venue proving to be very popular with the locals and surrounding suburbs. We provide great consistent coffee offering multiple brewing methods attracting coffee enthusiasts from all over Melbourne. Our Food comes from the hearts of our highly talented Cheffing team where majority of our seniors experience stems from hatted venues around the world. We aim to provide great old school genuine hospitality.
To be successful :
- Must be available on weekends
- Must be able to adapt to a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Must be willing to learn new techniques and continuously provide the already high standard of customer service we deliver.
- Specialty Coffee skills will be highly regarded
In return you will have an opportunity to work with a group of hospitality professionals that have been pushing hard in the industry collectively for 30 years. You will receive on going support and training in your role in all aspects of food & beverage, customer service and daily service flow.
The role :
- setting and maintaining a high level of customer service while following our current systems and procedures to a high standard.
- Controlling operational costs and promoting efficiency
- Recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- Providing encouragement and mentoring staff
- Workplace Health & Safety compliance
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $69,125.00 – $71,235.00 per year
