As Restaurant Manager, your developed leadership and customer service skills will enable you to positively influence and drive the team toward success.
Skills and Attributes;
Solid Industry experience
Strong customer service and leadership skills
Coffee Knowledge is a bonus
Ability to manage a 100+ seat restaurant and a busy bar
Liaise with the Chef's for any functions or menu changes
Great communication skills and a hands-on floor presence
