About the gig
Seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and talented Restaurant Manager to lead and develop our new and unique venue, La Boca Bar & Grill. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in one of the coolest, upmarket, and new restaurants in the city, we need someone with an exceptional work ethic, great attitude, and desire to be the best. This is a brand-new role; you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Manager and will be responsible for supporting and driving the restaurant team to success.
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and driving the restaurant team to success.
You will be responsible for the following:
Taking charge of the venues business performance and compliance
Providing the daily oversight through highly visible leadership and a hands-on approach
Taking care of the team, with positive training and development, performance evaluation and succession planning
Driving an established national brand, be the leader for a unique Argentinian dining experience
Developing creative sales and marketing plans and seeing them through
The successful applicant will have:
Previous experience in a similar restaurant or venue
Entrepreneurial approach to success
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as the business requires
Fantastic business understanding and budgeting requirements
The ability to effectively manage, recognise and develop your team
Have an open mind and willingness to learn
