About the role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Catering Manager to work with us on a full-time basis.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

· Manage and lead your team in the end to end process of the delivery of catering services, from initial sales though to planning and execution

· Manage the forecasting of revenue, labour, cost of goods and all variable expenses, instigating actions to optimise financial performance

· Manage the operation of the kitchen and kitchen team

· Ensure food production, delivery and presentation is of the highest standard

· Monitor and audit systems and processes and report as required

· Attract, recruit, develop and retain a passionate and motivated catering team

Key Selection Criteria

· 3+ years’ full time work experience

· AQF Certificate IV or higher

· Exceptional organisation, communication and time management skills

· Ability to work as part of a team, and unsupervised

· Available and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts

Salary: From $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year depending on experience

Experience

• Management: 3 years (Required)

Work Eligibility:

• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident)
