Restaurant Reservations Executive

The Venues Collection is looking for a reservations specialist for their restaurants at Campbell's Cove – Bay Nine Omakase, Harbourfront Seafood Restaurant The Rocks and Harrington's Restaurant.

The restaurants offer delectable culinary experiences using the freshest ingredients. Moreover, the outdoor terrace offers panoramic views of the Sydney icons – the Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge.  

Working closely with the Reservations Manager, the role will primarily be required to answer the phones and emails and respond to all guest enquiries and requests each day.

Effective communication skills will be required when managing customers' needs and feedback.

Hospitality experience is valued and an understanding of how restaurants operate is valued, however, apply for this opportunity if you have strong customer service skills, even if you currently work in a different industry.

A set roster is provided and coverage needed is evenings, weekends and public holidays.  Approximately 28 hours to start with a view to pick up more hours as we come into Christmas and New Year.
