We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for our Signature Restaurant - The Alcove.

Our signature restaurant has modern surrounds complemented by floor to ceiling windows create a warm and inviting indoor dining experience, whilst alfresco dining in summer is a must with tranquil views overlooking the pool. Our restaurant focuses on a Mediterranean sharing style menu, influenced by Middle Eastern flavours, paired with a playful wine & cocktail list.

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for the daily service of operations of The Alcove Restaurant. With the support from the Venue Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for:
- ensuring smooth daily operation and quality customer experience in all areas, following the set standard, policies, and procedures of Joondalup Resort
- staff training, mentoring, and supporting the Resort’s people and culture initiatives
- maintaining proper stock levels; ordering, stocktaking
We are looking for someone who is committed to service excellence, the successful candidate will possess the following personal qualities:
- very hands-on approach with great attention to details
- immaculate grooming and professional image
- critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- an outgoing, vibrant personality with drive and enthusiasm
The successful candidate must have at least 1 years’ experience working in a busy restaurant.
Candidates with a tertiary qualification in Hospitality or Business Management would be advantageous. Talents who have significant knowledge and experience, especially someone who understands the current food scene, are welcome to apply.
The following will be required upon commencement:
- Approved Managers Certificate
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Hospitality Hygiene Officer Certificate
