- What are we looking for?
- An independent leader with Food and Beverage management experience.
- A strong background in training and people development
- The ability to interact positively with a wide variety of customers.
- Attention to detail while enforcing strict food safety standards Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health safety legislation
- At least 2 years experience working in a fast-paced restaurant/café
- Experience in stock control
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Great communication skill
- High customer complaint-handling skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Enthusiastic
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Dependable and reliable
What Will The Role Involve?
- Organising and Managing front of House staff in the Bar 446 Kitchen and Café outlet.
- Welcoming and providing the highest level of customer service to our customers.
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant & café
- Working closely with the Executive Chef and the Kitchen team to co-ordinate all aspects of the food service and delivery.
- Working with the Club’s Food Beverage and Events Manager to provide efficient and cost-effective meal service.
