Responsibilities:
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing paperwork.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Create and liaise with customer enquiries by phone, in person and through our back end system
- Maintain and update pricing
- Assist the store manager in various administrative tasks
- Greet Customers
- Daily emails
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required. We welcome individuals looking for an entry-level position.
- A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data entry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for camping, caravanning, and the great outdoors is a plus.

Location: Ferntree Gully, Victoria

This is a full time position, hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
You must have your own transport, or the ability to use public transport to and from our premises each day.
