Bondi Wash is a young, highly ethical, fast growing Australian business that makes beautiful, innovative natural products for the home, body, dog and baby. It has already achieved international success with distribution in Japan, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan in addition to Australia and New Zealand. There are currently two Bondi Wash retail stores where customers come to test the products and scents.
The role of Retail & Customer Service Specialist will be to assist in the day to day operations of the two Bondi Wash retail stores, as well as handling customer inquiries and concerns in-store, online and over the phone. The responsibilities of the role will be firstly the day-to-day retail operations, including in-store merchandising and POS system operations, and will also include ensuring overall customer satisfaction, attending to customer's needs online, over email and through phone calls.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate retailer with an interest in natural products and the customer experience to further develop expertise in customer service, PR and marketing, while directly contributing to the retail and overall advancement of the business.
Responsibilities
- Maximising store sales by providing exceptional customer service
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and POS system operation.
- Developing customer loyalty and advocacy.
- Store presentation through implementing visual merchandising standards.
- Inventory control and managing loss prevention.
- Promoting the store within the local area and liaising with the marketing team to promote the retail stores.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via various channels, including in-person, phone, email, and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
