We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Manager who can work within a dynamic and high performing environment to join the team in IGA Denham.
Key duties will include but not limited to:
- Manage and organise all store operations to maximise sales results and customer experience and allocating responsibilities to personnel.
- develop and implement marketing strategies, such as sales promotions and campaigns to attract new customers.
- oversee stock levels, make key decision on stock control, manage budget and expenses, analyse financial data, and monitor sales and profits.
- scheduling staff, assigning duties, and managing employee performance to ensure that the store is adequately staffed and employees are meeting performance standards.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store reputation.
- Monitor sales transactions and ensured sales procedures were followed properly.
- Key requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in relevant field is required.
- Outstanding communication skills and attention to details.
- strong leadership, training skills with excellent communication.
- Availability to work hospitality hours.
- Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised.
- Experience working in a customer focused high volume business.
