About the role
- Work alongside the Pharmacist Manager to inspire and lead the store team to deliver a customer focused shopping experience for every customer, every time.
- Provide your team with support and guidance in the area of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Make our customers fall in love with our products through your flair for visual merchandising and creating an inviting and product focused environment.
- Demonstrate a flair for executing marketing campaigns and a commitment to growing our customer loyalty program, Sister Club.
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor and influence compliance with store policies and procedures.
About our ideal candidate
- A minimum of 3 years retail experience.
- Be available to work full time, including weekends.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Experience working in a pharmacy environment (highly regarded but not essential)
- A passion for retail, particularly beauty, health and wellbeing, and a genuine commitment to help our customer.
- Reliable, self-motivated and energetic with a can-do attitude
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with various demographics
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Salary: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
