About the opportunity
As our Retail Postage Sorter, you’ll play an important part in keeping millions of Australians connected. As you’d expect, plenty of mail comes through our Post Offices and delivery facilities every day – and our mail sorting teams make sure every delivery gets where it needs to.
Role details
20 Hours Per Week | Monday - Friday | 2.00pm - 6.00pm
Permanent Part-time opportunity
Competitive rates + 12 % superannuation
You’ll be:
Manually sorting all mail arriving at the workplace
Sorting and distributing mail into relevant PO Boxes
Assisting and/or performing administrative duties such as stocktaking and record maintenance
About you
You’re a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who loves working in a team environment. You’re motivated by the opportunity to help make a difference to your community.
You’ll also need to
Call upon your memory and hand-eye coordination while sorting
Be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift
