The Opportunity
- Permanent Part Time Opportunity – Gold Coast area
- 15 hours per week – shifts anywhere between 5.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday
- Competitive hourly rate plus 12% superannuation
- Work across our Australia Fair, Broadbeach, Burleigh, Coolangatta, Gold Coast BH, Helensvale, Nerang, Pacific Fair, Q Super Centre, Robina, Runaway Bay, Southport BH & Surfers Paradise locations
As you’d expect, plenty of mail comes through Australia Post’s Post Offices and delivery facilities every day – and our mail sorting teams make sure every delivery gets where it needs to. In this role, you will:
- Manually sort and allocate mail into PO Box slots
- Lifting larger parcels up to 16kg ready for customer collection
- Assist team members with any other duties
What are we looking for?
- A quick learner who can maintain a high standard of work
- Strong memory recall and hand / eye coordination abilities
- A commitment to Australia Post’s Occupational Health and Safety standards
- The flexibility to stay until the job’s done if need be – and a real desire to help the team.
