We currently have a vacancy for a Retail Project Manager in our QLD/WA region to join the Priceline Team. The Retail Project Manager will be responsible for delivering new stores on time, whilst developing strong store teams that support franchise partners. This will be done through a highly valued customer experience that delivers instore excellence.
About the Role
The responsibilities for this role include:
Ensuring stores are merchandised on time to meet store opening deadlines
Building a highly engaged, capable and collaborative team
Delivery of sales growth and overall EBIT budget
Enhance customer in-store experience
Leadership demonstration
Bringing our Brand Belief to Life
Build strong relationships with store teams and Franchise Partners
Working with both internal and external stakeholders
Interstate travel and extended period of work away from home required at times
Some weekend work required
About you
Our ideal candidate would have the following experience/attributes:
Demonstrated in-depth Retail industry experience (essential)
Franchise experience; Pharmacy Industry experience (preferred)
Demonstrated experience in working with business owners/managers to drive business improvement programs
Experience in working with business owners in developing a high level of customer experience
The ability to work with managers in developing instore execution excellence
A history of working with business owners/managers in developing a high-performance team culture
Ability to work autonomously
Education/Qualifications:
Year 12 or equivalent completed (preferred, not essential)
