CPAP Direct is a retail and clinical leader in the sleep apnea industry across Australia. We have 20 retail stores and a large e-commerce business and are the ‘go to’ destination for people to research, be diagnosed and treated successfully for sleep related conditions.

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Assistant to join our Gold Coast store, located in Bundall.

What you will be doing - Full comprehensive training provided

• Sales, customer service and after sales service
• Building rapport and effective relationships with customers
• Patient education and advice on sleep health
• POS use
• Store and equipment maintenance, and general administration duties as required
• Professional relationship building within the sleep health industry

About you

Whilst Pharmacy, CPAP, Optometry, Audiology and other healthcare retail experience preferred, it is not necessary. Attitude is more important - we are happy and willing to train the right person.

You'll have a strong customer service focus, with empathy, compassion and a drive to deliver the best patient-centric outcomes. You have enthusiasm, positivity and a genuine work ethic to ‘get things done’.

Competitive advantages

• You have previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service role
• Thrive under pressure and work well independently and as part of a team
• Have strong communication skills, with the capacity to respond quickly to the needs of our customers
• You have experience using a POS System (Lightspeed would be advantageous)
• Tech savvy or demonstrated ability to learn quickly
