We don't expect you to tick all the boxes, because the right person for the job will be a quick learner and resourceful to succeed in their role. You will have an end-to-end responsibility from handling customer calls, reviewing in-stock and incoming goods, to co-ordinating dispatch of customer orders.

We're looking for candidates with :
- Strong customer focus and a passionate belief in providing exceptional service
- A highly driven, enthusiastic and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the furniture industry not required.
Duties include :
- Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and caring manner.
- Providing product selection advice and recommendations.
- Process and coordinate Quotes and Orders as required.
- Merchandising and styling the store
- Guide customer's throughout their buying journey.
