We are looking for an experienced Store Manager or 2IC. You have to have a passion for fashion and styling, awesome leadership skills and the desire to create an amazing customer experience! Must have Sales experience with a driven 'Can Do' attitude.
- You must have a great eye for fashion as you will be responsible for choosing top selling items weekly.
- The successful candidate must be an experienced manager/ 2IC who is able to run our fast paced fashion kiosk in Westfield Kotara.
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Management experience in fast paced women's fashion
- Experienced in Sales and KPI
- Able to create and implement new effective systems
- Able to work with other managers and owner
- Must be fashionable and on trend
- Choosing top selling stock weekly
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Believe in being a fashion advisor over a sales person
- Ability to prepare and cost weekly/monthly rosters in accordance with stores wage budgets.
- Be highly organised and able to process large stock deliveries and the associated paperwork in a timely manner. .
- Desire to challenge yourself to achieve company and personal objectives

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: $24.00 – $48.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
Experience:
- Fashion retail: 1 year (Required)
- Manager or 2IC: 1 year (Preferred)
