About the Role:
Reporting to the WA State Manager, The Store Business Manager is responsible for leading by example in creating a VIP standard of service to our customers that sits above the rest. You will mentor a team of passionate Sales Stylists and drive success through on-going training and support.
You will also be responsible for:
- Offering an unparalleled store and styling service that emphasises customer satisfaction, seeking to garner return clientele
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve set targets and KPIs
- All day to day in-store operations
- Managing store financials
About You:
Our managers are passionate about the fashion industry and dedicated to the success of their stores and teams. They lead from the front and set clear expectations for how to reach in store goals, as well as supporting others in their growth within Calibre. Our ideal candidate will also have:
- Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer
- A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials
- Professional and results focused leadership style
- The ability to problem solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own
- Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
- Adaptable to change
