AddressBowral Co-operative is a well established and successful Agricultural business. Based in the Southern Highlands, we service the community as a provider of stock feed and pet food, rural and retail merchandise.
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Store Manager to join our team in a Permanent Full Time position, reporting to the CEO. Our retail store stocks an extensive range of Agricultural products including; Fencing, Chemicals, Animal Health, Irrigation, Garden, Apparel, Saddlery and Homewares. If you are passionate with get up and go and have the determination to get results, this is the role for you.

As a Store Manager you will:
- Management of physical stock and pricing structures
- Manage and carry out of stock takes
- Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotions
- Committed to membership growth
- Create a positive and safe working environment for your team and customers
- Create exiting internal and external visual stock displays
- Be involved in product awareness and sale promotion with exiting social media promotions
- Be involved in creating ideas for events
- Building of vendor and customer relationships
- Consistently deliver a genuine and unique customer experience
- Roster your team in line with store trading profiles
- Team training and support
- Store open and close process
In order to be considered, you will need to have:
- Previous experience in a fast paced / high volume retail environment
- Previous experience or interest in the Agricultural Industry
- A passion for mentoring and developing staff
- A drive to achieve store sales budgets and KPI's
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong and effective communication / delegation skills
- High visual merchandising & promotional standards
- Is an organised manager who is customer focused & leads by example
