- Lead, coach and develop a high performing teams that will strongly contribute to reach the common objectives and goals (growth, profitability, brand positioning, customer experience).
- Empowering your team by delegating responsibility to help them grow and develop, according to their individual ability and experience.
- Identify and develop the many talents in the unit and within the department to secure succession planning.
- Know the local market, analyse store performance, and follow up on goals, KPI's and take action when required.

These opportunities is permanent full time, 76 hours per/fortnight. Shifts can range from 4am-10pm and include one full weekend a fortnight.
