Seeking an experienced coordinator to provide support to our Retail Office Management Team and network of 150+ Retail Stores!
THE CHALLENGE
As part of our Retail Office Team, you will provide administration and support to our network of 150+ retail stores and retail management team. As the go-to person for all things retail administration, you will work closely the working closely with the Head of Retail, National Sales Manager, Visual Merchandise & Marketing Manager and Multi-Site Managers to ensure store compliance, task completion and create efficiencies from back office to storefront. In this role you will need a solid administrative foundation, excellent Microsoft Suite proficiency, attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and time management skills. It is essential that you are a team player who enjoys working in a busy team environment.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in a similar Coordination or Administration role, with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Experience in providing support and assistance to a range of internal and external clients
- Experience in a retail environment is preferred, however not necessary
- Experience in project management and event coordination is preferred, however not necessary
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Email
- Demonstrated strong time management skills and prioritisation skills to ensure deadlines are met, while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external clients
