This will involve leading the review process and collaborating closely with Area Manager, Market Managers, and Functional Managers to drive improvements and maintain a cost-effective approach. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth and success of the business by creating an inspiring and convenient experience for customers across all channels. Developing the Country Review approach as an integral part of the business plan will also be a key focus, as well as contributing to building and sustaining a strong and dynamic retail foundation.In order to be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Have thorough experience as an IKEA Market Manager or equivalent
  • Be familiar with Country Service Office operations
  • Possess experience working in a Matrix organisation
  • Demonstrate a history of successfully leading change initiatives in IKEA
  • Have experience in conducting reviews and advanced knowledge with the review landscape
Key responsibilities (title) Your responsibilitiesKey responsibilities (text) In this role, you will lead the planning and coordination of reviews across Australia. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling reviews, ensuring that all functions and processes are aligned. Additionally, you will support the development of review tools and processes by providing input and feedback. It will be your responsibility to communicate and implement the country review plan throughout the Australian organisation. You will select and onboard reviewers and review facilitators. Furthermore, you will document and share good ideas and best practices across the organisation. You will also track review results and communicate improvement needs to stakeholders. Additionally, you will identify and communicate common strengths and improvement needs to the global review network.
