About the role
Based in Cavan and working closely with the Terminal Manager and area Leading Hand, you'll be responsible for the effective and safe delivery of LPG products to Domestic, Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural, and Autogas customers. With a focus on safety and OH&S compliance, you will ensure that Origin is meeting needs of our customers across the region.
Here's what your day looks like:
- Assist in the delivery of LPG to customers across metro and regional Adelaide area
- General maintenance and cleaning duties of vehicles
- Complete multiple deliveries from the LPG Bulk Terminal
- Participation in safety activities including HSE meetings, observations, emergency response, incident reporting and audits
- Ensuring that deliveries are made in an accurate and timely manner as per the daily scheduled requirements
- Ensure that touch PC's are uploaded at the completion of each shift
- Undertake and complete daily / weekly / monthly checks of assigned delivery vehicles and complete appropriate checklists in accordance with Origin Energy Operational Procedures
- Reporting any customer Site Installation Defects or Hazards in the required format
Is this you?
To be considered for this role, you will be experienced working in a logistics environment and display the below licences/attributes:
- A Heavy Rigid Licence is required for this role
- Dangerous Good licence is essential
- Experience adhering to health and safety requirements whilst
- Motivated and able to use your own initiative
- Good customer service skills to be used when meeting Origin Energy customers
